The Ethical Property Company is a unique initiative in ethical investment. The company buys properties and develops them as centres that bring social change groups together under one roof where they can share skills and ideas. Groups in our centres benefit from reasonable rents, flexible tenancy terms and office space and facilities designed to meet their needs. Anyone can buy shares in the company. We currently have over 1200 shareholders, investing from £100 to £1 million.

The Ethical Property Foundation helps charities and communities to get the most from property, and works with the property industry to reduce its environmental and social impacts. We provide a comprehensive property advice service to London-based charities and are researching a guide to maximising community benefits from planning obligations. In the long term, we aim to develop an ethical property standard for the industry.
